Why The One Club
exists.

Traditional agencies built their fee model in a very different market. We built The One Club for today's seller: someone who still wants expert guidance and great marketing, but doesn't see why that should automatically cost 2%–3% commission.

Our position
The average Gold Coast home sells for over $900,000.
A traditional agent at 2.5% takes $22,500 of that.
