How we work
The One Club is deliberately small. Bobby is the licensed agent on every listing, from the first appraisal to settlement day. He prices the home, briefs the photographer, writes the copy, runs the open homes, takes the buyer calls and negotiates the contract himself, so you always know who is handling your sale and you can reach him directly.
That is also how the fee stays at 1% + GST of the sale price (Cairns-region homes under $600,000: 1.5% + GST), payable only on settlement. There is no franchise fee, no office network to fund and no layer of junior staff to pay for. Portal listings on realestate.com.au and Domain are charged at cost, and the Matterport 3D Showcase + drone flyover is an optional $199 add-on.
